Puppets and Stories and Fun…Oh My!
Bev Browning of the Anhinga Writers Studio in Gainesville, Florida, will hold a workshop for little ones in Flovilla, Georgia.
“…my most favorite bit of business at the moment is the class I’m teaching a week from now when I return to Georgia: Storytelling for Children. I teach them to make silly little puppets, and as they build, the puppets evolve lives with stories. Then we weave a collective tale of adventure together. I have a technique for making that happen. The kids learn all the elements of a good fiction story and go home with puppets they’ve created.”
